All entries must be received by September 30, 2008. Opportunities to enter may also be found at the Equipment World booth at industry trade
shows.
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded including: a Ford F550 Super Duty Chassis Cab Truck; a $5000 credit toward a Werk-Brau attachment
(of winner’s choice); a Ditch Witch Zahn R150 trencher, a VMAC VR70 Underhood Air Compressor System (including installation); a Trimble SCS900
Site Controller Software System; a Sage Oil Vac oil change and maintenance system (including installation); a ConocoPhillips assortment of lubricants;
a Baldor OHV60E portable generator and wheel kit; a Landoll LT1016 16' Tilt Trailer; a Lincoln Ranger GXT250 amp AC/DC Welder; an Ingersoll

Sweepstakes is open only to owners, partners and other titled officers of a qualified highway and heavy, general building or other related contracting
firms operating in the United States, but is not open to employees of Randall-Reilly Publishing Co., LLC and this program’s sponsors and their agents,
and suppliers of this program and their families. Offer void where prohibited and is subject to all federal, state and local laws. Winner of the prize elements
will be determined in a random drawing in October 2008 from among all qualified entries received by Promotion Partners, an independent judging
organization whose decisions are final. No responsibility is assumed for late, lost, misdirected, damaged, postage due or illegible entries or computer
errors.
All submissions become the property of Equipment World and will not be returned. Winner will be notified by telephone and published in an
upcoming issue of Equipment World. Limit one (1) prize per family or household. No transfer or substitution of prize elements except by sponsors.
Applicable taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Odds of winning are determined by total number of entries received. Winner will be required to sign
an affidavit confirming eligibility and publicity/liability release within 7 days of notification or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
Arrangements must be made to accept prize elements by December 31, 2008, or prize element(s) not claimed will be forfeited.
